Hannibal-LaGrange University invites alumni, students, families, and community members to start Homecoming the right way! The Homecoming 5K Run/Walk for Missions begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, November 7, giving participants a chance to enjoy HLGU’s campus and the surrounding community while supporting missions.Runners and walkers of every pace are welcome. Participants will follow HLGU’s cross-country course. Everyone should park in the Roland Fine Arts Center (RFAC) parking lot.
“Homecoming is all about coming back to the place that shaped you, and there’s no better way to start the day than running for a purpose bigger than ourselves,” said Lauren Youse, HLGU Alumni Director. “As Hebrews 12:1 reminds us, we run ‘with perseverance the race marked out for us.’ Every step on Saturday morning helps send the Gospel further. We’d love to see you out there!”
