HISTORIC ROUTE 66 @ 100 YEARS
NORTH LAWNDALE GRAND OPENING CELEBRATION
The Mother Road turns 100, and we're bringing the celebration to North Lawndale!
Join us Wednesday, November 11, 2026, as Lawndale Pop-Up Spot and Jones Corner Store celebrate the grand opening of our Historic Route 66 @ 100 Visitor Information Station at the CTA Central Park Pink Line Station.
In partnership with the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), we're transforming a once-vacant retail space along historic Ogden Avenue into a retro diner-inspired Route 66 experience celebrating 100 years of American road trip history and North Lawndale's place in the story.
