Join WorkBC Vernon's Employer Engagement Advisor Adrienne Kovacs for a workshop to create job postings that attract the right candidates.Tired of sifting through dozens of resumes only to find none match what you actually need?
Most job postings read like internal task lists rather than compelling invitations for top talent. When your ad lacks clarity, structure, or impact, the right candidates scroll right past—while unqualified applicants flood your inbox.
Join us for a practical, in-person workshop built specifically for local employers, hiring managers, and HR professionals who want to attract stronger applicants and reduce time-to-hire.
