WHITE FLAG | An Offering to the Wind
A Himalayan-Inspired Prayer Flag Workshop
Connection Circle · Breath & Movement · Sacred Making
High in the Himalayas, where earth meets sky, an ancient and living tradition carries prayers upon the wind.
For centuries, Tibetan prayer flags have fluttered across mountain passes and sacred spaces, carrying blessings of peace, compassion, and well-being for all living beings.
The prayers are not meant to be held onto. They are offerings, released into the wind.
What if we could give our prayers to the wind?
Join White Flag for an intimate afternoon of connection, embodied movement, intention, and sacred making.
We'll begin in a Connection Circle, followed by guided breathwork and gentle White Flag Movement Medicine to soften the body, quiet the mind, and open the heart.
Then, we create.
Using natural white cloth, you'll craft your own strand of prayer flags, infusing each with words, symbols, blessings, or intentions.
A prayer for someone you love.
Something you're ready to release.
A wish for peace - Symbol or design
An offering of gratitude.
You'll leave with a beautiful, handmade strand of prayer flags to hang in your own sacred space—a reminder of the beauty of impermanence, our interconnectedness, and the freedom of letting go.
No artistic experience necessary. All materials provided.
