My own journey began with a consulting practice, working directly with businesses and not-for-profits and seeing first-hand the problems they faced every day. Over time, those experiences revealed opportunities to solve those problems differently — not just for one client at a time, but at scale.
That journey has taken me from consultant to founder, and ultimately into building a technology startup. Along the way, I’ve learned that turning an idea into reality isn’t about having everything figured out before you begin. It’s about starting with a real problem, testing your assumptions, listening to the people you want to serve, surrounding yourself with the right people, and being willing to adapt as the idea grows.
A great idea is only the beginning. The real opportunity comes from turning that idea into something people can actually use, value and believe in.
