HILLS BIG BAND HULLABALOO! Get ready for an afternoon of big band music, swing, dancing and great fun!
The Hills Big Band is celebrating 25 years, and we’re throwing a HULLABALOO to mark the occasion!
Join us at Valley Social in the Swan Valley for an afternoon packed with the fabulous sounds of live big band music — swing, jazz and much-loved favourites performed by the Hills Big Band, under the direction of Tom Salleo, with vocalists Cathy Mueller and Calen Wookey.
Never tried swing dancing? This is your chance!
We’re delighted to have the Perth Swing Dance Academy joining us for the afternoon. They’ll be kicking things off with a FREE swing dance taster lesson, so even complete beginners can learn a few moves before hitting the dance floor.
No experience needed — just come along and have some fun!
Already a swing dancer? There’ll be plenty of room on the dance floor to show us your moves, with special $15 dancer tickets available.
Not a dancer? No problem! Sit back, enjoy the band, grab something to eat or drink and soak up the atmosphere.
This is a celebration of 25 years of The Hills Big Band, and we’d love to fill the room with friends, families, dancers, music lovers and everyone who simply enjoys a great afternoon of live music.
