If you're ready to try fitness activities or continue your practice, you are welcome to join! The class will be a **beginner-friendly, coach-led group workout** that combines strength and cardio and will be taught by a coach from the [Fit Body Boot Camp](https://www.instagram.com/goodyearfitbodybootcamp/?hl=en) team.The goal is for attendees of all fitness levels to feel comfortable, even if they've never worked out before.
