About this Event
Let’s face it, we could all use more endurance to wield that flogger, more flexibility to stay in those floor ties, and more strength to lug that unreasonably large toy bag around the city. What better way to improve our BDSM skills than with even more BDSM?
Welcome to Building Durability, Strength & Mobility (BDSM) with EJ 😘
This is an all-level HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style strength & conditioning class. We will be doing bodyweight and light weight circuits incorporating movements such as squats, push-ups, sit-ups, shoulder presses, and more!
Don’t get spooked by the “High Intensity” part. This class is for everybody and every body! Modifications will be offered for each movement depending on your level of experience.
Doors open at 6:30pm, class begins at 7pm.
There are multiple dates currently available for this class, and I will be continuously adding new ones. Keep an eye on the ticket link for additional dates throughout the year!
Equipment to Bring: Yoga/workout mat for floor work, and a towel for sweat is suggested but not required. Water bottles are encouraged so you can have your water close by, water will be provided.
About the instructor:
EJ (they/them): EJ is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with additional specialization certifications in Sports Performance Enhancement, Sports Nutrition, Corrective Exercise, and Youth Exercise. They have 17+ years of experience coaching and competing in a wide variety of sports including Long Distance Running, Triathlons, CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, and Roller Derby. EJ has been a full time member of the Hit Me Up Team since 2024, and has experience coaching all fitness levels.
Dress code: Please wear clothing that you can comfortably move and sweat in. Feel free to dress in a way that makes you feel sexy (and strong)! Booty shorts, bodysuits, lingerie, and kink-wear more than welcome. Be sure whatever you're wearing doesn't restrict your movement. No full nudity! Close-toed shoes are required, sneakers or training shoes are strongly encouraged.
Time: Class will be an hour long and will begin at 7pm. We will have some time after class to cool down and mingle.
Level: This class is an open level class, we will be offering more accessible modifications and add-on options for difficulty with some exercises. Please listen to your body. Take rest and water breaks as needed! This is a judgment-free zone.
Injuries: Recent injuries should be cleared by your doctor/PT before attending class. Please let EJ know about any recent or major injuries before class begins so we can go over any accommodations needed. If you have any questions about your injury feel free to reach out to [email protected]
Pregnancy: All pregnant and post natal clients should be cleared by their doctor, and must speak to EJ before class to discuss any accommodations needed.
Consent: The rules of consent apply to this class. Please read Hit Me Up's full consent policy here. We reserve the right to ask individuals to leave class if deemed necessary for violating this policy.
Public Event: This event is open to members of the public who dress and behave appropriately. If you have previously been a member and been specifically notified that your membership was discontinued, please do not attend. If you're unsure, you're welcome to check your status by emailing [email protected]. (If you are interested in joining our private events, you can always submit an application).
Waiver: All class participants must sign a general waiver when they arrive.
