Diversity is important, even in nature! Puppets at the Park House presents "Karen Cardinal's New Neighbors!" When some migratory birds settle into Karen Cardinal’s neighborhood, she learns that our differences are what make us special.
In collaboration with the organizations Black AF In STEM and NYC Bird Alliance, join the NYS Parks’ New York City team in celebrating Black Birders Week 2026! Let's support budding Black birders, expert Black birders, and all birders and wanna be birders in between!
All programs are free and materials are provided.
Who: A ll ages. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
When: Thursday May 28th. Shows at: 2pm, 3pm and 4pm.
Showings will last approximately 20 minutes.
Where: The Blue Park House near the flower gate entrance at Marsha P. Johnson State Park
