Join us at lululemon Florida Mall for a high-energy 45-minute HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) class led by Coach Nic. This dynamic workout combines short bursts of cardio and strength-based exercises designed to improve endurance, build strength, and leave you feeling empowered.
Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just getting started on your fitness journey, this class is designed to be welcoming and accessible for all fitness levels. Modifications will be provided throughout the workout, allowing you to move at your own pace while still getting a great sweat session in.

After class, guests are invited to stay for an exclusive private shopping experience from 10:15 AM to 11:00 AM, giving you the opportunity to shop our latest products, connect with fellow attendees, and enjoy a relaxed in-store experience with the lululemon team.
