The Higher Self Expansion workshop is a supportive, experiential six-week group designed to help you expand your awareness of the Higher Self and bring more of its qualities into your daily life.
Through teachings, guided meditation, reflective journaling, and supportive discussion, you will learn practical ways to quiet internal distractions, recognize your own inner wisdom, and develop a more consistent relationship with your authentic spiritual nature.
This workshop is open to beginners and experienced spiritual seekers. It can also serve as a meaningful complement to Internal Family Systems therapy, mindfulness, meditation, and other personal or spiritual growth practices.
