High Noon Meditation with Yoga

Join us at 11:30 AM at The Art of Living Urban Retreat in Los Angeles for a special community event. This uplifting, noon-time session is designed to help you unwind, recharge, and connect with like-minded people.

A skilled instructor will lead you through a restorative yoga flow, breathwork and guided meditation to help reduce stress and increase calmness. You’ll also get an introduction to our Part 1 Course — a deep dive into powerful breathing and meditation practices that millions have found positively life-changing.

After the session, hang back for refreshments and uplifting conversations with fellow attendees.
