Join this session hosted by the Vaughan Community Health Centre to learn about understanding high blood pressure and how to manage it.

According to Statistics Canada, high blood pressure affected almost a quarter of adults in Canada in 2012-2015 and is considered one of the leading risk factors for death globally. At this virtual session, a nurse educator and dietician from Vaughan Community Health Centre will discuss strategies to prevent and manage high blood pressure.
