Above 3,000 feet, baking often requires adjustments to time, temperature, or ingredients to get the best results. In this workshop, you will learn about the important roles different ingredients play in baking and discover helpful tips for successful baking at higher elevations.Registration is required as the class is limited to 30 participants.
