Hi everyone, it is just about that time for everyone's favorite time of the year. The Annual Halloween Benefit Bash for Open Door Homeless Ministries. With Halloween being on Saturday October 31st, and everyone trying to decide where to go, I took that out of the equation for you. I am doing my benefit party the weekend before on the 24th. This way parents and grandparents can see and take the kids trick or treating.
EVENT Once again, thanks to the staff and Venue the Hickory Premier , 109 11st NW, Hickory NC 28601. This is Huge Venue that has the perfect place to hold events, a huge dance floor to dance on. Thank you Peter and your staff for working with us.
MUSIC: This year we brought back Baby Black , and their awesome mix of funk and dance music. I will also have a DJ in between sets to mix up other songs and keep the party hopping all night.
Mark the date on your calendar and come support a worthy cause, to someone that is homeless you never know how far $20.00 will go to benefiting them. Clothing, food, tents , sleeping bags, housing assistance. An amazing group I am fortunate to work with.
Always a fun time, free food, NOT A BUFFET, light finger foods, BBQ , chicken tenders, pizza and other items. Looking forward to seeing you all that night.
Rooms: we will be getting discounted rooms again at the Comfort Suites but I need to know by the 11th. We will also have 2 people driving for us to pick you up or get you back home safely. TIP THE DRIVERS they are saving you and others.
