The afternoon turns the rooftop into a cozy fall festival with a pumpkin patch, a hot cider stand, and a DJ spinning 90s and 2000s hits. It's the most open-to-everyone part of the weekend: families, neighbors, couples etc.

The vibe: golden-hour autumn. Hay bales, pumpkins stacked everywhere, plaid blankets, the smell of hot cider, and a soundtrack that makes the parents sing along while the kids run around.

• Hi-Lawn Pumpkin Patch and painting station. Pick a pumpkin and paint it on the lawn.
• Hot cider apple stand, with a spiked version for the 21+ crowd.
