As Thanksgiving approaches, we're reminded to pause, appreciate the goodness in our lives, and recognize the people whose efforts and sacrifices have shaped who we are.
But is gratitude always that simple?
Can we feel thankful to someone who has sacrificed for us while also acknowledging the hurt we may have experienced? Can we appreciate what we have while still wanting more for ourselves?
Gratitude doesn't mean ignoring our feelings, needs, or hopes for the future.
Join us for an honest Hey SAATHI conversation about thankfulness, relationships, expectations, and making room for both appreciation and our own needs. 🌱
Because perhaps being grateful isn't about pretending everything is perfect. It's about making space for the good while being honest about what's difficult. 💛
