HERS presents Session 007: Music That Haunts Us.Some songs end. Others stay with you.
They attach themselves to a person, a place, a version of yourself, or a moment you can still feel years later. Sometimes it is the lyric. Sometimes it is a voice. Sometimes the first few seconds of a song are enough to bring an entire memory rushing back.
Music That Haunts Us explores the songs and artists that linger long after the music stops. The records we return to. The voices we cannot shake. The songs tied to love, heartbreak, grief, desire, nostalgia, joy, and the people we used to be.
Throughout the afternoon, we'll move across genres, decades, and moods through a carefully curated collection of music with staying power. Expect familiar songs that immediately take you somewhere, deeper cuts you may have forgotten, and new discoveries that might follow you home.
This session isn't about spooky music. It's about the way music lives in our memory. Come ready to sing, remember, feel something, and maybe hear an old song differently.
