Herman and Mary Neuman Music Award and Concert Event

16-year-old violinist Alette Williams will be the seventh recipient of the National Arts Club’s Herman and Mary Neuman Music Award. Praised for her technical precision and thoughtful artistry, Alette has captivated audiences with performances critics describe as “beautiful and moving.” Most recently, her poise and commanding stage presence earned her First Place in the Junior Division of the Sphinx Competition in Detroit. Alette is also the First Prize winner of the Lynn Harrell Concerto Competition, earning a performance engagement with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra.

Renowned WQXR host Elliott Forrest will host the concert and award ceremony.
