Heritage, Health & Harmony Open Days @ The Monastery

These peaceful, 3rd Sunday of the month gatherings offer moments of tranquility in a hectic world. Where sound and silence meet in our heritage spaces, creating quietly powerful moments of connection and peace.
With heritage, health & wellbeing themes and activities on offer throughout the day, these harmonious Sunday sessions offer a relaxing blend of music, sound healing, walking the labyrinth, a digital detox zone, free healing and more.
Entry and parking are free, and so are some of the activities, whilst some of the sessions and therapies do have an entry fee and will need to be pre-booked.
Whether you’re interested in meditation, healing, meeting like-minded folk or simply being in the ‘now’, we’ve got a whole range of gentle activities to make each third Sunday of the month a real tonic for the soul.

WALK THE LABYRINTH
Walk the Labyrinth in The Great Nave. For many, the experience is similar to a shamanic journey; it’s where the path begins.

GONG BATH
Join Desmond Maguire of The Returning Sound for this monthly gong bath; a sacred sound therapy and meditation session for emotional wellbeing. Be bathed in the sounds, frequencies and vibrations from the gongs, relaxing your brain wave state, reseting the nervous system and leading to better sleep patterns.
