Wild Notes Foundation is heading beyond Texas!We're thrilled to bring our first out-of-state concert to the beautiful Asheville Botanical Garden this Thanksgiving weekend!
Join us for Here, Together, a free outdoor violin concert exploring a question that feels especially meaningful during the holiday season:
What makes a place feel like home?
Maybe it's the people we gather with, the traditions we return to, or the familiar sights and sounds of a place we love.
But belonging isn't just something we experience as people. Throughout the natural world, living things depend on one another for shelter, nourishment, and survival. The garden offers a beautiful place to explore those connections.
Through traditional holiday melodies, short reflections, and moments of listening to the landscape around us, violinist and Wild Notes founder Dr. Amanda Guilfoyle will invite us to consider the relationships that make a place feel like home.
Whether you're spending Thanksgiving with family, visiting Asheville for the weekend, or simply looking for a peaceful way to welcome the holiday season, we'd love for you to join us!

A few things to know:
• Attendance is limited to 30 people. No registration is currently required, though this may change if interest exceeds capacity. If that changes, we will update this event page and our website with any registration links.
• The concert is outdoors, so dress warmly! Seating may be limited.
• Parking is first-come, first-served, with approximately 60 spaces available.
• The gazebo is located in Sunshine Meadow. The Visitor Center can provide directions or a garden map.
• This event is weather-dependent. Any changes will be announced here and on our website.

The Botanical Gardens at Asheville is an independent nonprofit dedicated to preserving and sharing the native plants of the Southern Appalachians. Donations to the garden are appreciated!
