This gathering invites you to honor the stillness of winter through gentle herbal allies that calm the nervous system, deepen sleep, and open the door to your inner landscape.
We’ll explore dreamwork herbs and night-time rituals to support rest, renewal, and reflection — creating space to integrate the lessons of the year and nurture the seeds of what’s to come.

- Dream Tea or Dream Pillow — A soothing blend of mugwort, lavender, and chamomile to invite deep rest and dream clarity.
- Nervine Tincture — A gentle extract of skullcap, passionflower, and milky oats for relaxation and nervous system support.
- Winter Solstice Anointing Oil — A grounding, fragrant oil for ritual, reflection, and peaceful presence.
