About this Event
Prepare for the winter woes with green allies. Meet echinacea, mullein, elderberry, astragalus, linden, and more. These plants are renowned for their anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-bacterial and immune-supporting effects. Sip on delicious mullein milk and join us as we learn about their healing properties, how to prepare them and how to use them for colds, flus and infections. This is heart-warming, heart-opening medicine that will nourish you all winter long, especially through times of transformation. This is a hands-on workshop where we will be making various remedies from these plants including elderberry elixirs and various tinctures.
Light refreshments will be served.
Space is limited, please register in advance!
