About this Event
In this herbal circle, we will dive into herbal broth making while crafting our own – together.
Broths are a great fall and winter kitchen herbalism tradition and skill. Broths are also versatile and can be used to nourish, boost immunity, help with inflammation, restore vitality, prepare for change of seasons and support an exhausted body and mind.
This is intended for beginners and intermediates: a broth deep dive.
From recipe creation to use of your broths, this circle is intended to support you in building your own kitchen herbal practice.
Participants will receive notes from circle discussion, ingredient properties & uses, as well as recipes in the form of a PDF.
Two PWYC tickets for BIPOC participants. If you'd like one, reach out to [email protected].
