Herbal Basics & Beyond: A Hands-On Herbal Workshop
Have you ever wanted to learn more about herbs and how to incorporate them into your everyday life? Whether you’re just beginning your herbal journey or you’re ready to expand what you already know, this workshop is a wonderful place to start!
Join us for an engaging, hands-on class where we’ll explore the world of herbal wellness, from foundational knowledge to more in-depth herbal uses and applications.
In this class, we’ll cover:
- The basics of herbalism and how herbs have traditionally been used
- Common herbs and their properties
- Practical ways to incorporate herbs into your daily routine
- Herbal approaches to supporting everyday wellness
- More in-depth herbal knowledge, including how to choose herbs for different needs
- Important considerations for using herbs safely and responsibly
We’ll bring together the foundations of Herbs 1 and the deeper exploration of Herbs 2, creating one enriching experience for both new and returning herbal learners.
We’ll finish our time together with a fun, hands-on planting activity! Each participant will plant a herb seedling to take home and grow, giving you a little piece of your herbal journey to nurture long after class ends.
You’ll leave with new knowledge, practical ideas, and something living to care for at home.
Whether you’re curious about herbs, looking to expand your natural wellness knowledge, or simply love learning something new, I can’t wait to share this experience with you!
Come ready to learn, get your hands a little dirty, and grow with us!
