Join us for the first HER Wellness Collective brunch—a gathering for women navigating the changes, possibilities, and quiet shifts of life.
From relationships and caregiving to wellness, finances, identity, and purpose, our lives hold many stories. HER is a space to feel seen, supported, and connected as we explore this season together.
This first gathering is an opportunity to get to know HER Wellness Collective, enjoy good food, and ease into honest conversation. We’ll lightly touch on midlife changes, including menopause, while making room for laughter, connection, and whatever feels meaningful to the women at the table. Share as much or as little as you feel comfortable.
Your $40 admission includes:
Brunch served buffet style
Welcoming conversation and sisterhood
A HER STORY book to capture reflections, ideas, and inspiration—and bring back to future HER gatherings

HER Wellness Collective is a program of N.E.W. Fitness Wellness Foundation. Guests who wish to support future gatherings will have an opportunity to make an optional donation.
