What started as a personal journey of finding healing through movement has grown into a vision to bring women, families, and our community together for something meaningful.
I am excited to invite you to the inaugural HER STEPS 5K Walk/Run, presented by Tru Joi: Holding Mothers Through Healing!
Taking place during Black Maternal Health Week, HER STEPS is more than a 5K. It's an opportunity to celebrate motherhood, honor those we've lost, acknowledge the experiences that have shaped us, and create space for healing through movement.
