Her Network: Be a Little (or a LOT) Delusional!
Her Network is a monthly meetup for women who own or lead small businesses in the Kyle/Buda/San Marcos area. A space to connect, share what's working, and get real about what isn't.
This month's focus: Audacity. And what happens when you give yourself permission to want more than feels safe.
Here's something the research actually shows: people who slightly overestimate their abilities outperform people who are perfectly calibrated. A little overconfidence - a little delulu - is a competitive advantage. Women tend to underestimate. Men tend to overestimate. And men get further faster because of it.
So this month we're asking: where did you stop? Where did you talk yourself out of the thing? Where did you decide you weren't allowed to go further?
Because every business that exists was started by someone who believed in something that didn't exist yet. That's not logic. That's audacity.
