This meaningful evening will mark the official launch of the Navigator Transportation Program, a dementia-capable transportation initiative created to support caregivers and families impacted by dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, and memory loss.
We are also honored to give special recognition to Eisai US for supporting the official launch of this important project and for helping advance awareness, education, and hope for families affected by dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.
