Her History
How much of the Queen Charlotte we know through Bridgerton reflects the real woman behind the story?
Anne-Marie Walker MITG, qualified City of London Guide and London Blue Badge Tourist Guide, will take us beyond the television screen to explore the fascinating historical context of the real Queen Charlotte.
Together, we'll consider the connections — and differences — between history and her portrayal in the television series Bridgerton, bringing another dimension to a story that has captured the attention of audiences around the world.
Our Stories
What can the wisdom passed through generations teach us about who we are — and where we're going?
Lorlett Hudson FRSA, multi-award-winning inventor, global leadership facilitator and coach, is the creator of the acclaimed Things Mama Used To Say Jamaican proverbs cards.
Drawing on her own journey and the wisdom passed down through generations, Lorlett will explore aspiration, cultural heritage and the lessons we carry with us — encouraging us to consider how that wisdom can help shape our own journeys and futures.
Collective Futures
Throughout the afternoon, there will be opportunities to connect and converse with other women, exchange thoughts and simply enjoy being in community.
Whether you're naturally open or prefer a gentler approach to connection, there is no pressure to participate beyond what feels comfortable for you.
Elevation
We'll bring the afternoon together with space to reflect on what we've heard, what has resonated and what we want to carry forward.
Because our histories matter. Our stories matter. And there is something powerful about making space to learn, reflect and connect with one another.
