Clinique Elan is proud to introduce Her Haven, a one day wellness experience created for women to pause, reconnect, learn, and invest in themselves. 🤍Join us on Sunday 11 October at The Red Barn, Karapiro for a day filled with movement, education, connection and inspiration.
Your day will include three incredible workshops:
Pilates: Move, stretch and reconnect with your body
Pelvic Floor Workshop: Learn from a pelvic floor specialist and better understand an often-overlooked part of women’s health
Skincare Essentials: Learn the essentials of looking after your skin from the experts
Following the workshops, explore our Wellness Expo, where you’ll meet industry experts from our own Clinique Elan team, including skin therapists and nurses, alongside a selection of incredible local businesses from Cambridge and across the Waikato.
And to finish the day, we’re incredibly excited to welcome our special guest speaker, Simone Anderson. 🎤
This isn’t just another wellness event. It’s a day to put yourself first, discover something new, connect with other women and leave feeling inspired, informed and empowered.
