Her Founder Journey is a Female Ventures Delft/The Hague event bringing together inspiring female founders for an open and honest conversation about what it really takes to build a business.
Beyond the success stories, we’ll explore the decisions, doubts, challenges, lessons and turning points that shape the founder journey.
What does it really take to go from having an idea to building a business, leading a team and creating a life that is sustainable for you as a founder?
Through a guided panel conversation, audience Q&A and networking, we’ll explore the moments that often remain behind the scenes: deciding to take the leap, navigating growth, making mistakes, building a team, learning to let go and finding a definition of success that works for you.
This is not a conversation about perfect success stories. It is about the choices, experiments, setbacks and lessons that turn an idea into a company and an entrepreneur into a founder.
