About this Event
Starting at Rowheath Pavilion, Bournville Green, we'll explore a gentle circular route through Bournville and Selly Oak, taking in nature, green spaces, canal views and opportunities for reflection along the way. There will be optional photo challenges, mindfulness prompts and time to connect with others in a friendly and supportive environment.
Whether you're looking to get moving, meet new people, enjoy the outdoors or simply take some time for yourself, this walk offers a chance to slow down and prioritise your wellbeing.
