Programming for HER will include the following sessions;
- opening guided journaling session
- spicy banded lower body workout with Fatima Kamara
- strong upper body workout with Aya Farhat
- slow wind-down yoga flow with Caren Plummer
- closing sound bath with CJ Hunter
Plus, an optional Panel discussion with Vote For Your Daughter and a few incredible female entrepreneurs in the DC area.
Attendees will receive a number of HER branded gifts including a tote bag, journal, and water bottle + goodies from Vote for Your Daughter, and a few surprises from our vendors and partners.
