Stress Management
11am-12am - Thursday - October 22nd 2026 - Join us for an informative and engaging Stress Management talk - led by Angelika Keane , UF/IFAS Extension - designed for seniors and their families. This presentation will explore managing stress - changing how we react to pressure, taking care of our bodies and adjusting our daily environment.
Let's gain practical strategies, learn about available community resources, and discover ways families can support one another in maintaining a healthy and fulfilling quality of life. Everyone is welcome to attend and participate in this important conversation about overall well-being.
The Session is hosted by Helping Seniors Executive Director Kerry Fink and offers a great morning out filled with great information, some tasty snacks and door prizes too.
