When was the last time you let yourself pause and be held?Join Becky English of Noetic Sounds at Bend + Fly for an immersive sound journey, resting in the gentle support of a silk aerial hammock. The fabric surrounds you in a cocoon-like space while live sounds unfold around you. No aerial experience is needed - simply settle in, listen and enjoy the experience at your own pace.
This session features gongs and deep resonant crystal bowls. Every Held gathering has its own character and soundscape.
