An "All American" childhood is what Heidi Bright recalls, in a close-knit family that never went to church. God was simply not a part of their life. Christmas was all about Santa, Easter was about egg hunts, and with all the arrogance a 12-year-old can muster she once informed her Aunt that "when people pray, they are talking to their hands". Then, one fateful night she had a demonic encounter that propelled her toward the God of the Bible. The journey from that fateful demonic encounter, to getting baptized, but then not growing spiritually for 3 decades (instead, becoming immersed in society, business success, and an ugly battle with alcoholism) .... but fortunately, this life story has a happy and inspiring outcome. Her journey from light -- into darkness -- and back to the light has been hard-fought.
