This one-time, open-level heels workshop blends confident, fluid choreography with the technique to back it up — no prior heels experience needed, just a willingness to move. Instructor Taylor Green will lead the room through a full combo to a curated track, focusing on posture, hip isolation, and that unapologetic strut that makes heels dance so addictive.
Whether you're brand new to dancing in heels or already own the floor, come as you are — heels, character shoes, or sneakers to start. All levels welcome. Space is limited, so grab your spot before it fills up.
Instructor Bio:
Taylor's class is designed to teach dancers the specifics of dancing and performing in a stiletto heel. Class begins with a thorough warmup, weight placement drills in heels, across the floor, and concludes with learning choreography. Taylor's movement is heavily influenced by street jazz / jazz funk and hip hop grooves combined with the technicality of ballet and traditional jazz training. Class focuses on musicality and performance and is structured to allow students to tap into their own confidence and divine feminine while instilling a sense of community and support.
