Hector McLachlan (keys, voice) presents a new project of original music at PEG Gallery, alongside Lily Shaw on tenor saxophone and Hikurangi Schaverien-Kaa on drums. The work has three parts, three musicians, and three attitudes to art-making that talk to you, each other, and Hall of Ceremonies, a large group exhibition of new artworks exploring the human expression of ceremony. Come and enjoy the organic beauty of free improvisation, the devotional desperation of minimal soul music, and the dreadful clarity of political art music coming together for one special performance.
