Heaven's Table Food Pantry is open the first and third Wednesday of every month from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. We are located at Quinn Chapel AME in Forest Park, Ohio and open to anyone, regardless of their neighborhood. We have partnered with the FreeStore Foodbank, Matthew 25 Ministries, Last Mile Food Rescue, and local retailers to provide fresh food to our neighbors -- including canned goods, pantry staples, fresh meat, fruits and veggies, bread products, shelf-stable milk, and more.

For new clients: Volunteers will ask for basic information when you register including name, ZIP code, and how many people are in your family. Since Heaven's Table Food Pantry is connected with the FreeStore Foodbank, we follow their requirements in asking clients to declare if they are at or below specific income thresholds. If your family is over that threshold, you will NOT be turned away, and our volunteers will let you know which food items you can take home.
Upon registration, all families will receive a yellow bag that they can bring each time they visit our pantry. The bags have a unique number code, which helps speed up the process for returning clients!
