An empowering communication workshop by Unbreakable Spirit Trauma & Empowerment Services
Some conversations are difficult to start. Some words feel impossible to say. And sometimes, the conversations we avoid are the ones we need the most.
Join Regan, founder of Unbreakable Spirit and author of Heartstrings, for the launch of a unique communication journal designed to help people explore the conversations they struggle to have and strengthen the connections that matter.
This interactive experience is an opportunity to reflect on how we communicate, understand why difficult conversations can feel so challenging, and discover practical ways to develop healthier communication in our relationships and everyday lives.
WHAT TO EXPECT
An empowering communication workshop
Explore why communication can be difficult, where our communication patterns may come from, and how to approach challenging conversations with greater confidence, understanding and compassion. You’ll gain practical tips to help you communicate more openly and effectively.
A 45-minute sound bath with Reiki
After the workshop, unwind with a relaxing sound bath and Reiki experience, offering time to pause, reset and reconnect with yourself.
A free goodie bag
Every attendee will receive a goodie bag to take home as a little reminder of the experience.
Light refreshments
Enjoy light refreshments during the event.
A special giveaway
You’ll have the chance to win a copy of Heartstrings and a 90-minute Empowerment Session with Unbreakable Spirit.
WHO IS THIS EVENT FOR?
Heartstrings is open to everyone aged 15 and over.
Whether you want to improve communication in your relationships, feel more confident expressing your needs, understand yourself better or learn how to navigate difficult conversations, this experience is for you.
You don’t need to be an expert at communication, and you don’t need to attend with a partner or friend. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to learn.
