About this Event
Welcome to the Heartfulness Youth Full Day! This one-day seminar is designed for students and young adults (ages 15-35). The theme is EMOTIONS.
The day will include group meditation, workshops on emotional intelligence, emotional expression through dance, and heartful communication, plus time to connect with others. Breakfast and lunch are included. Be ready to meet new people and to take time out for yourself.
Schedule
9:30 AM: Registration & light breakfast
10:00 AM: Welcome, intros & group meditation
11:20 AM: Emotional Intelligence & Awareness (with Kavya)
12:00 PM: Lunch
1:20 PM: Emotional Expression & Lessons from Dance (with Ananya)
2:30 PM: Heartful Communication (with BJ)
3:30 PM: Group meditation & closing. Everyone is out by 5 PM.
This will be a digital detox event, which means leave your phones at home, or hand them to us at registration. We encourage everyone to be present and open.

Our intention is to make this event accessible, while minimizing any food and money wasted. Paying for a ticket reserves your spot. If you attend the full day, we are happy to give you your money back at our registration counter.
