Dance with every cell of your body and dive deep into the magic of the present moment.This Friday, 23th of Oct evening we welcome two special guests from Finland. Milla Linna and Ty Alexander create conscious dance journeys that awaken vulnerability, freedom and wild aliveness.
Together they bring decades of devotion to movement, from Ecstatic Dance ceremonies to contemporary ballet. Their journeys combine somatic wisdom, heart-led presence and colourful, rhythm-rich soundscapes. The music invites the body to move authentically, joyfully and untamed.
Drop the masks, trust your body and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
◄ Opening Cacao Ceremony ►
Before the dance, Ty will guide us into the space with a cacao ceremony. Ty is an experienced ceremony leader. Our own team prepares the cacao under his guidance, so every cup is made with care for this evening. We will ground and arrive in the body together, set our intentions and open our hearts before stepping onto the dancefloor.

Ty has worked for 20 years as a contemporary dance professional and psychosomatic dance educator. He holds space with gentle grace and deep respect for the body's own wisdom, and he opens and closes the journey with intention and care. For Ty, the body is a pathway to healing and to understanding who we are.
◄ Milla Linna, DJ ►
Milla has been deeply in love with dance for over 30 years, has been making music for more than a decade, and is one of the pioneers of Ecstatic Dance in Finland. Dancers often say her sets feel magical and make them feel alive and free to let their inner animals out. Expect colourful sonic textures, world beats, electronic and acoustic sounds, a spicy dose of wild rhythms and a lot of fluid sweetness.

Please arrive a little early so we can all begin together from 7pm sharp, doors are open from 6pm
Cacao ceremony and warm-up with Ty (45 min)
The ecstatic dance journey with DJ Milla Linna (2 h)
Landing and closing circle (15 min)
An altar space for meditation and contemplation is open throughout the evening
We finish around 10pm
Event will be in English (but if you need any special translation, we have a translator on spot, please write to our FB / Insta 1-2 days ahead).
◄ Core Principles ►
Come as You Are: whatever you are going through, you are welcome here, feelings and all. No experience needed.
Word-free Dancefloor: keep the dancefloor for dancing and feeling. There is space to connect and share before and after the dance.
No Phone Zone: keep your phone in your bag, on silent or switched off.
Natural High Only: no alcohol or other mind-altering substances. We explore ecstatic states through breath, music and movement.
