Heart Wise: Practical Intuition for our Stressful World

In this practical and engaging 90 minute workshop, leadership coach and certified HeartMath Practitioner Felicity Lerouge introduces the concept of Heart Wise decision-making — learning how to access the intelligence of the heart to cut through information overload and reconnect with your inner clarity.

Drawing on neuroscience research from the HeartMath Institute, Felicity will explore how heart–brain communication influences perception, decision-making, and emotional regulation.

You’ll also learn about the three forms of scientifically researched intuition:

• Implicit knowledge — insights that arise from accumulated experience

• Energetic sensitivity — the body’s ability to perceive subtle cues and signals

• Non-local intuition — intuitive knowing that appears to arise beyond conscious reasoning

During the session, Felicity will guide you through simple heart-focused breathing techniques that help regulate the nervous system and create the physiological conditions for clearer thinking and intuitive insight.

You’ll also take part in a short practical intuition exercise, designed to help you gain fresh perspective on a question or decision currently on your mind.
