Is this event open to everyone?

Yes. Heart Talks is open to all. While our audience skews toward women, everyone is welcome. Healing and growth have no requirements.

What time do doors open?

VIP doors open 60 minutes before showtime for the pre-show meet and greet. General Admission doors open 30 minutes before showtime. Full timing details will be included in your confirmation email.

How does the virtual ticket work?

After purchase you will receive a stream link via email before August 30th. The show streams live that evening and the replay is available for 48 hours after it ends. After that the replay closes permanently — there will be no extended access.

Can I upgrade my ticket?

Upgrades from Virtual to in-person or from GA to VIP are available while spots remain. Reply to your confirmation email and our team will take care of you.

Will there be a merch table?

Yes. The Heart Talks merch table will be available at the venue featuring our signature products including the self-guided journal, affirmation deck, and branded notebooks. Cash and card accepted. In-person only.

What is the refund policy?

All sales are final. Tickets may be transferred to another guest if you are unable to attend. Contact our team at [email protected] to arrange a transfer.

I already have a ticket from the original Heart Talks Chicago tour date. What do I need to do?

You should have received a personal email from Brittainy with details about your upgraded status for the August 30th show. If you have not received it or have questions, please contact our team at [email protected]
