A heart-opening evening of movement - heated with cacao, shaking, music and dance. You're invited to join us in an ecstatic journey, starting with self-served cacao and intention setting. You'll be guided through shaking and somatic movement to warm up your body and prepare your nervous system for movement and release. Then we'll move through a wave of music curated by Alex (KODI8K), and finish in stillness with a sound bath by Laurin, to integrate and balance the practice.
