Join Our Heart Opening Cacao Ceremony & Sound Bath
Join us for a deeply nourishing 3-hour Cacao Ceremony & Crystal Sound Bath — an evening created to gently open the heart, calm the nervous system and bring you back into inner balance.
We begin with a sacred cacao drinking ceremony, allowing this beautiful heart-opening plant medicine to guide us into presence, connection and emotional softness. Cacao has been used for centuries to support clarity, self-love, creativity and emotional healing.
From there, you’ll be guided through a healing meditation journey designed to release stress, quiet the mind and reconnect you with your inner peace. This gentle guided experience will help you let go of emotional heaviness, tension and mental overwhelm often carried from busy city life.
The evening will then flow into an immersive crystal bowl sound bath, where the soothing vibrations and frequencies of the bowls wash through the body and mind, helping to restore harmony on a deep energetic level. Simply lie back, receive and allow the sounds to carry you into a state of profound relaxation and grounding.
