Join us as we give God thanks for the journey and welcome our neighbors into the life of our church family. Come for worship, stay for fellowship, and meet the people who help put our faith into action throughout the week.
Meet the Heart Fellowship Family Community Care Team
We believe caring for one another is part of living out the love of Christ. Our Community Care Team exists to walk alongside current and new members of the body of Christ, offering prayer, practical provision, and protection through life’s different seasons. At our open house, you can meet our auxiliary ministry teams, hear about their work, and discover opportunities to receive support, build relationships, or serve alongside us.
Eight ministries. New connections. A passport to explore.
When you arrive, pick up your ministry passport and enjoy getting to know eight ministry groups. Stop by each group, meet the team, and collect your stamps as you go. Once you have visited all eight, turn in your completed passport for a chance to win one of three prizes. Every attendee will also receive a Heart Fellowship gift bag as a thank-you for celebrating with us.
