The HEART Retreat was intentionally created for those who are ready to reconnect with themselves, release emotional burdens, restore inner peace, and leave feeling renewed with practical tools they can continue using long after the retreat ends.

Important Information
- Participants are responsible for their own transportation to and from Big Bear Lake, California.
- Your retreat investment includes:

- A detailed itinerary, packing list, and check-in instructions will be emailed approximately 30 days prior to the retreat.

- Transportation to Big Bear Lake
- Personal shopping and souvenirs
- Optional excursions not listed on the itinerary
- Personal travel insurance
- Alcoholic beverages (unless otherwise noted)
An Intimate Experience
To preserve the sacred nature of this retreat, attendance is limited to only 12 guests.
This intimate setting allows every participant to receive personalized guidance, meaningful connection, and space to fully relax, heal, and transform.
Early registration is highly encouraged, as spaces will be filled on a first-paid basis.

Flexible Payment Option
Reserve your space today with a $497.00 non-refundable deposit.
The remaining balance of $960.00 may be paid through monthly installments, with the full balance due no later than February 28, 2027.
Custom payment plans are available upon request.

Registration is confirmed once your deposit or full payment has been received.

Please note that investment fees does not include credit card processing fees (approximately 3.2%)
Cancellation, Refund & Travel Protection Policy
At Therapeutic Hoodoo, we carefully prepare each retreat by reserving accommodations, coordinating meals, purchasing supplies, and creating a personalized experience for every guest. Because of these advance commitments, the following cancellation policy applies.
Reservation Deposit
A $497.00 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space.
Your reservation is not guaranteed until your deposit has been received.
If you cancel within 10 calendar days of submitting your deposit, you may request a refund subject to a $150 processing fee.
After 10 days, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
Refund Schedule
On or Before February 28, 2027
Guests are eligible to receive a refund of all payments made excluding the non-refundable $497 reservation deposit.
After March1, 2027
Because lodging, meals, staffing, and retreat materials have been finalized, no refunds will be issued.
Transfer of Registration
If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your registration to another individual up to 30 days before the retreat, subject to approval by Therapeutic Hoodoo.
Travel Protection
Because mountain weather and personal emergencies can affect travel plans, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Travel insurance may help protect your investment if you must cancel due to:
- Illness or injury
- Family emergencies
- Severe weather
- Transportation delays
- Other covered unforeseen events
Therapeutic Hoodoo is not responsible for travel interruptions, airline cancellations, weather conditions, or expenses incurred outside of the retreat itself.
Retreat Changes
Therapeutic Hoodoo reserves the right to make reasonable adjustments to the retreat schedule, instructors, activities, or accommodations when necessary due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Any changes will be communicated promptly to registered participants.
