Join our FREE 6-week parent-led Healthy Parent Carers Programme and embark on a journey towards better physical and mental health alongside others who share similar experiences.

This is a six week course starting on on Monday 28th September 2026 and continues on subsequent Mondays until Monday 16th November 2026, please note that there will be a 2 week break for half term between 19th-30th October. It is important that you attend every session in order to graduate the programme.
As we need you to have the time on this course to dedicate to yourselves, it is with apology that babies and children of the attendees cannot be accommodated for the duration of this course.
